The house has been in the present owners' family since 1900. Your hosts are delighted to share their beautiful home and Historic Charleston with their guests.

The third floor, has a drawing room, bedroom (queen bed), kitchen with washer/dryer, sitting room and bath (shower/tub). This suite has 12' ceilings, Tiffany chandelier and black marble mantels. Private piazza with rocking chairs and hammock-watch the sunrise over the water and/or the sunset over the rooftops. A continental (plus) breakfast is provided, to enjoy at your leisure and in privacy, inside or out.

Because of this prestigious location, advance reservations are requested with one night's tariff required as a deposit. Personal, travelers checks and cash accepted. Sorry, NO credit cards and no pets. Children over 12 years old welcomed. No smoking except outside on the piazza. Check-in 4:00pm, Check-out 12:00 Noon.
