The property, once a single family home, was meticulously restored into 4 apartments: 3 vacation rental units and the owner's quarters. Built in 1852, it is a classic two story Greek Revival Italianate townhouse.

Apartment B is on the 2nd floor with a balcony. It contains two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a formal dining area and a living room with a French day bed sofa. The equipped kitchen is a chef’s dream and contains W/D.
Apartment B has a master bedroom with queen size bed and adjoining tub/shower bathroom. This bedroom is an oasis with a TV, ceiling to floor windows that open to the private balcony. You can enjoy the evening breeze, view the sights on Jackson Avenue or watch the Zulu parade passing by on Mardi Gras day.
The 2nd Bedroom has a queen size bed and a chaise lounge; grandpa’s two hole desk and his open door chest of drawers. From the closet and the bedroom windows, you can experience a city’s early dawn awakening. Apartment B sleeps up to 8 persons.
Attached Carriage House, c 1852
In the early 1800s, the Carriage Houses were two-three story support building. The first floor contained the kitchen and stable for the horses. The 2nd floor consisted of small sleeping rooms for the servants.
The Carriage House was renovated into two spacious one bed room apartments: first floor and one on 2nd floor. These restored sleeping quarters provide secluded accommodations for overdue get-a-way or an academic retreat.
Apartment C
Enter into a great room that contains three activity areas: living room, dining room, and an equipped Butler’s kitchen. The living-room furnishing supports the seating for small group meetings or sleeps one guest. The master bedroom has a queen size bed. The adjoining shower bathroom has a utility area with W/D. Apartment D
Enter into a great room that contains three activity reas: living room, dining room, and an equipped Butler’s kitchen. The living room contains work area and supports 6-8 persons group meeting, two twin size sofa beds and a super size sofa. The master bedroom has a queen size bed , M/M chest of drawers, and two overstuffed chairs. The bathroom/utility area contains a W/D, dressing vanity with a ceiling to counter mirror. This unit sleeps 4 singles or a couple and up to 3 singles.
