This is the Valley Isle Resort (VIR). The condo is located on the 2nd floor, exactly in the middle. The condo has a spectacular unobstructed view of the ocean! You won't believe it until you see it! The VIR has a gym, pool, elevators, rolling carts for groceries and luggage, Maui activity brochures and is located on the sandy Kahana beach. Near shopping and restaurants.
Can you believe it? Yes, this is it! 12 steps from the condo and you've got this beautiful beach! This is taken right in front of the condo. You'll hear the waves crash from this beach all night long....
The condo has a really nice clean gated pool with beach chairs, community barbecues and beverage vending machine.
The condo has a ceiling fan and an oscillating floor fan. You probably won't need it if you open the sliding glass door and use the locking screened front door. It creates a breezeway that is fantastic!
You can see the ocean from every angle!
Condo has two phones and an answering machine, TV with remote and cable, stereo with CD changer and remote, kitchenette dining table with chairs, plenty of storage space, boogie boards, grass mats for the beach, beach umbrella, beach cooler, etc.
Kitchen has refridgerator with ice maker, stove, oven, microwave, all appliances (coffee maker, blender, toaster etc), dishes, pots and pans, silverware, etc--everything you have at home!
You can see the ocean from bed! The Lanai sliding glass door has a screen so you can keep it open all night and sleep to the sounds of waves crashing on the shore!
The bathroom has a full shower and tub with great water pressure, plenty of racks to dry towels, plenty of storage in the mirrored doors on the left, hangers, empty shelves, laundry basket, cleaning supplies, extra sheets, blankets, plenty of extra towels and wash cloths, beach towels, vanity on the right with a built in hair dryer and medicine cabinets and drawers for storage. The bathroom has a separate door for the toilet/shower, as well as a sliding privacy door for the vanity area.
