WHAT IS THE "VACATION RENTAL EXCHANGE CLUB"?
The
Top Choice "Vacation Rentals Exchange Club" (VREC) is a service system that
provides Member Property Owners with the opportunity to exchange vacation
rental time at properties owned by others in the VREC System.
HOW DOES THE VACATION RENTAL EXCHANGE CLUB
WORK?
The Top Choice "Vacation Rental Exchange Club", (VREC) is a
"points based" system in which you can turn your property vacancies into
points, and you can spend your points to stay in vacation rentals worldwide.
Property Owners join VREC and list their vacation rental property in the
System. Members can search for property in locations of interest to them in the
VREC Database. Members earn points when they host other members in their
property, and they use from their accumulated points when they stay in a member
property as a Guest.
Members may choose to accept or reject any inquiry made by
other members to stay in their property. You have no obligation to host other
members at any given time. Guests will first communicate with you to inquire
about a booking through the Top Choice VREC System for a given time, and you
will decide if you want to accept that Reservation Request or not.
As a member, when you find a property of interest, you
contact the property owner with a Reservation Inquiry thorough the Top Choice
VREC internal dialogue system. If an agreement is reached, you complete a
Reservation Offer created by the Host Property Owner showing the agreed upon
details. Your return of the completed Reservation Offer is your Reservation
Acceptance. At this point, you have a reservation to enjoy vacation travel at a
member property as a Guest using from the points you have accumulated in the
Top Choice VREC System.
WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF THE VACATION RENTAL EXCHANGE
CLUB?
Membership and participation in the Top Choice Vacation Rental
Exchange Club (VREC) offers Members the opportunity to stay in Top Choice
Vacation Properties around the world using points they have earned by Hosting
other Members at their Property, and turning what would have otherwise been
vacancies at their property into points in the Top Choice VREC System.
WHAT IS THE COST OF MEMBERSHIP IN THE VACATION RENTAL
EXCHANGE CLUB?
Property Owners who are current members of Top Choice
Vacation Rentals, and who have their Rental Property listed under Property For
Rent or Property For Sale may list their property in the Top Choice VREC System
FREE OF CHARGE. . There is no cost to join, no set-up fees, no
maintenance fees, and no annual dues. This is a great ADDED VALUE to
membership! Listing your property with the Top Choice Vacation Rental Exchange
Club is free for the duration of your membership and property listings on the
Top Choice Vacation Rentals Website. It allows you the opportunity to enjoy
worldwide vacation travel using a "points based" system with only a basic VREC
Guest Exchange Fee.
Property Owners who are not current members of Top Choice
Vacation Rentals, and who do not have their property listed as Property for
Rent or Property For Sale on the website may join the Top Choice Vacation
Rental Exchange Club with their private vacation property for only $99.95 per
year membership fee.
DO MEMBERS INCUR ANY FEES ASSOCIATED WITH THE TOP CHOICE
VACTION RENTAL EXCHANGE CLUB?
MEMBERSHIP IS FREE to members who have
property listings on the website. There is no cost to join, no set-up fees, no
maintenance fees, and no annual dues. There are no fees for Host Members at any
time. Guest Members, who stay at a property, pay a Guest Exchange Fee of
$25.00, plus $10.00 per night of the arranged stay. This means a Guest could
stay for a week (7 nights) at any property worldwide for only a $95.00 Guest
Exchange Fee.
WHAT IS THE LENGTH OF MEMBERSHIP TIME FOR THE VACATION
RENAL EXCHANGE CLUB?
Membership in the Top Choice VREC is on a
continuing basis for Members of the Top Choice Website who have a property
listed under Property For Rent, or Property For Sale. One can discontinue
membership anytime they choose. For property owners who join only the Top
Choice Vacation Rentals Exchange Club with a private vacation property,
membership is for one year, and is renewable on an annual basis.
